• must have completed his/her secondary education
• with good moral character
• secondary grade card/form 138
• 1x1 recent photo (2 pcs)
• 2x2 recent photo (2 pcs)
 

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

1. Request and fill-up the application form from the registrar
2. Proceed to the registrar and prepare for the entrance exam
3. Passers will be notified here.
4. Pay your tuition fee
5. Request and fill-up subject plotting form

* Returning Student
